Shipping policy

Orders are manufactured upon payment for your order.

We aim to ship all finished goods, in new condition, within 3 working days. All goods should arrive within 5 working days, unless otherwise stated. Some products such as HERBAIR, MOSSAIR, FLORALAIR, SEDUMAIR, INDOORAIR-F and INDOORAIR-S may take longer to build and will always be delivered by our own delivery vehicle.
