THIS SELF BUILD LIVING PLANT WALL KIT IS SUITABLE FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR, ALL SIZES OF KIT INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

    THIS KIT BUILDS A LIVING WALL MEASURING 60CM HIGH X SELECTED WIDTH
    SUPPLIED WITH SIDEWALLS TO GIVE A CLEAN DEFINED EDGE FINISH
    Simply select the tray width you require 40cm,60cm or 100cm - all 3 tray kits are 60cm in height when built. If you wish to build bigger just decide how wide you wish to go and select BOTTOM LEVEL tray kits that add up to your chosen size. 
    i.e. A finished size of 160cm wide will require 1 x 100cm BOTTOM LEVEL kits and 1 x 60cm BOTTOM LEVEL kit = 1 x 100 + 60 = 160cm wide x 60cm high
    If you then wish to build higher then all the kits above must be UPPER LEVEL kits. Remember - all the self build 3 tray sets, BOTTOM & UPPER are 60cm high once built.
    i.e. A finished size of 360cm wide x 120cm high will require 3 x 100cm BOTTOM LEVEL kits and 1 x 60cm BOTTOM LEVEL kit + 3 x 100cm UPPER LEVEL kits and 1 x 60cm UPPER LEVEL kit = 360cm wide x 120cm high
    This kit is supplied with sidewalls, sidewalls are used at the end of your build to give a smooth and defined edge finish to your living wall. they are only required at either side of your finished build size, so only 1 tray set with sidewalls is required for every level high that you build.     No need for daily watering as each individual tray holds up to 3 liters of water which is enough to help the plants thrive for a minimum of 3 weeks between water top ups.

    Extend time between water top-ups to 10 weeks by adding the new auto-feed water tank unit (available in our shop as BOTTOM LEVEL WITH AUTO-FEED kit).

    The plants are fed using a built-in wick system, that keeps each plant supplied with all the water they require. The cascading water flow system allows you to fill every tank from a single point as the water works its way down to fill every tray in sequence.
    All Planting trays are available in 3 different standard widths:
    • 40cm - suitable for 3 large plants
    • 60cm - suitable for 5 large plants
    • 100cm - suitable for 8 large plant         

            

    Every tray kit uses the same twin hanging rail system - simply position and attach the rails to your wall using the rail guides provided with every kit, and then hook the trays in place. Our standard off-the-shelf kits are sold in sets of 3 trays and every 3 set measures 60cm in height, so you can build up a wall as height as you want to go in increments of 60cm. Self-build kits start from as little as £54.95 and come to you direct from our factory. There's no need to wait until you can afford a living masterpiece green wall; simply start small and, at a later date, add to it as your budget allows.

    Robust GreenWalls built to last

    The GreenWalls system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor living walls. Every steel part is either powder coated or Plastisol® coated and is built to withstand even the harshest of weather conditions. Even our water feed tubes are made of tough 3mm thick Polyurethane, these have a working temperature rating between -20 ~ 80 °C and can also withstand high pressure as well as being wear and corrosion resistant. So, no rust, no brittle plastic parts that snap easily and no water leaks to repair - This is a tough product designed to offer a 25 year lifespan.

    INTRODUCING OUR LATEST PRODUCT GREENWALLS - THE UNIVERSAL, INDOOR OR OUTDOOR, LIVING PLANT WALL STACKING SYSTEM

    RANGE OF SIZES AVAILABLE

    The GREENWALLS stacking system uses a universal hanging rail that can be used to hang any sized tray. Trays come in 3 sizes:

    40CM - 400mm WIDE X 600mm HIGH X 180mm DEEP

    60CM - 600mm WIDE X 600mm HIGH X 180mm DEEP

    100CM - 1000mm WIDE X 600mm HIGH X 180mm DEEP

    EASY TO FILL WATER SYSTEM

    No matter how high you build your GREENWALLS stacking system, it can be filled from a single point, simply attach a water pressure spray bottle and fill until you hear 3 beeps

    BATTERY POWERED WATER LEVEL INDICATOR

    When you fill the GREENWALLS system with water you will eventually hear 3 beeps - this means that every tray is filled, and the unit should last for 2/3 weeks before requiring more water. When the unit gets low on water it will sound a single beep, once every minute, to let you know it needs filling

    BIOCHAR SOIL

    We recommend the use of BIOCHAR soil, which is available to buy from our shop. We always use it when we are installing the systems ourselves. However, this is just a recommendation, and you may choose to use different soil, this will not seriously affect the growth of the plants, but it will stop the units being very efficient at collecting and permanently fixing sequestered carbon.

    BUILD ANY SIZE ANY DIRECTION

    The GREENWALLS stacking system is very adaptable, you can build vertical or horizontal in any direction and it can even be built around doors and windows.
