Our specially formulated feed for Sedum living roofs is fast-acting and nutrient-rich.
As a result, it delivers nutrients quickly where plants need them most.
Designed as a compound mineral fertiliser, it supports healthy growth and recovery.

In particular, this fertiliser helps revive tired or stressed sedum.
Made as a high-quality prilled NPK feed, it also includes magnesium, sulphur, and key micronutrients.
In addition, the product is manufactured using a unique nitro phosphate process.
Because it is 100% SOP-based, it remains chlorine-free.
At the same time, it offers rapid nutrient release and clean, dust-free handling.

How and When to Use

To maintain healthy growth, use this feed to replenish nutrients in your sedum roof soil.
Typically, one application in early spring is recommended.
However, a second application in autumn can help if plants look weak.

Once applied, the fertiliser begins working as soon as moisture is present.

For best results, apply lightly at 20g per m².
One simple method involves using three plant pots together.
Then, walk along the roof while gently shaking them to spread the feed evenly.

Where coated feeds can take months to break down, this prilled fertiliser dissolves rapidly.

How It Works

Application Advice

To avoid damage, apply only a light spread.
In fact, exceeding 20g per m² may harm plants.

After spreading, water the roof within 24 hours.
Otherwise, granules may scorch the foliage.

Usage Tip

For best performance, apply during active growth periods.
If rain is not expected, water the area yourself.
This ensures the granules dissolve and activate properly.

Filling Bare Patches

After feeding, you may notice thin or bare areas.
In that case, use the following method to improve coverage:

Harvest Cuttings
First, trim longer stems from healthy sections.

Spread and Press
Next, scatter the cuttings over bare patches.
Then, press them lightly into the soil to improve contact.

Add Top Dressing
For better results, mix with a small amount of compost or grit.
This helps retain moisture during rooting.

Timing
Ideally, carry this out in early spring or early autumn.
During these periods, conditions are more suitable for growth.

Watering
Finally, keep the area moist for several weeks.
This supports establishment and encourages new growth.
